This compact butterfly handle ball valve is one of Hamai’s signature brass valves, ideally suited for piping in tight spaces. It features a high-toughness forged one-piece body structure that minimizes the risk of leakage.

In addition, the main components are made from forged brass material. Compared to cast products, this significantly reduces the risk of cracking in threaded areas during piping installation.

The valve body has a hexagonal shape and excellent machinability. Besides being suitable for various equipment and factory piping applications, its butterfly/wing handle design enables installation even in extremely tight spaces or small equipment integration.

• Utilizes a floating ball valve structure.

What is a Floating Ball Valve Structure?

It supports the ball with PTFE seats that provide excellent sealing. When fully closed, differential pressure pushes the ball against the downstream seat, achieving even more stable and reliable sealing of the flow path.

• All sealing components are made of PTFE, offering superior corrosion resistance and durability.
• Blowout-proof structure with the stem inserted from inside the valve body.
• Enhanced airtightness through a combination of internal pressure sealing and the spring action of a conical (disc) spring.
• Simple 90° handle rotation enables easy opening and closing, and the handle position clearly indicates the valve’s open/closed status.
