These valves feature a forged, one-piece body structure, offering high durability and minimal leakage. They are equipped with an easy-to-operate lever handle.

In addition, the main components are made from forged brass material. Compared to cast products, this reduces the risk of cracking in threaded areas during piping installation.

The hexagonal body design ensures excellent machinability and a compact form, making it ideal for piping in confined spaces and integration into compact equipment.

What is a Floating Ball Valve Structure?

The ball is supported by PTFE seats positioned along the flow direction, providing excellent sealing. When fully closed, differential pressure pushes the ball against the downstream seat to achieve a tight and stable shut-off.

• All sealing components are made of PTFE, offering superior corrosion resistance and durability.
• Blowout-proof stem design.
• Enhanced airtightness through a combination of internal pressure sealing and the spring action of a conical (disc) spring.
• Simple 90° handle rotation enables easy opening and closing, and the handle position clearly indicates the valve’s open/closed status.
