What is a Floating Ball Valve Structure?

A PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) seat with excellent airtightness is placed in the direction of flow to support the ball. When fully closed, the pressure differential presses the ball against the downstream seat, ensuring tight sealing. This enables a more stable shutoff of the flow path.

All sealing components use PTFE, known for outstanding corrosion resistance and durability.

Blowout-proof valve body design.

Airtightness is further enhanced by the sealing effect of internal pressure and the spring action of a conical (disc) spring.

Easy 90-degree handle rotation enables quick opening and closing, with clear identification of the valve’s open/closed status based on handle position.
