MS Miayiri LEV-P Series LPG Emergency Shut-off Valve JIS20K RF SCPH2

Emergency shut-off valve designed for high-pressure gas equipment. Normally, the valve remains open under the action of a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder; during emergencies, the valve closes by releasing hydraulic or pneumatic pressure. Additionally, in the event of a fire, a fusible alloy melts, causing the valve to close automatically.

Features:
(1) Composed of a globe valve and cylinder. When hydraulic or pneumatic pressure is applied to the cylinder, the valve opens. Upon pressure release, the disc is loaded by an internal spring and upstream fluid pressure, ensuring movement toward the closed position and maintaining tight sealing.
(2) Pilot-operated design: when opening via hydraulic or pneumatic pressure, the pilot valve opens first, reducing the differential pressure between upstream and downstream, allowing the main valve to open. This enables a compact, lightweight cylinder.
(3) The cylinder section is separated from the valve bonnet, allowing replacement of cylinder wear parts without draining pipeline fluid.
(4) Equipped with a visual open/close indicator for clear status confirmation.
(5) In case of fire, the fusible alloy melts and the valve closes automatically.
