ZIMMER – Algas-SDI Dry-Electric LPG Vaporizer
Dry-electric means more reliable operation and less maintenance when compared to other vaporizer types. The ZIMMER requires almost zero maintenance. In the event that the vaporizer becomes clogged for any reason, it can be easily cleaned on-site without removal.
The technology behind the dry-electric ZIMMER is advanced, yet simple to operate. Algas-SDI innovated every element of the ZIMMER design ensuring years of safe, reliable, affordable, and easy-to-use LPG vaporization.

Components & Design
- A – Removable Aluminum End Caps: Magnetic attachment requires no tools to remove, providing easy access to internal components. Can be removed without disturbing inlet, outlet, and electrical connections.
- B – LPG Liquid Inlet
- C – LPG Inlet Valve: Components are encapsulated in a cartridge that is easy to remove, clean, or replace.
- D – LPG Vapor Outlet
- E – Pressure Relief Valve (Pipe-away adapter available)
- F – LPG Passageway Plugs: Located on each end of the straight LPG passageways. Easy to access and remove for on-site cleaning or draining of the vaporizer.
Configuration Types (Based on LPG Composition)
- P-Configuration: For 100% Propane.
- L-Configuration: For standard LPG mixtures (e.g., 60% Propane, 40% Butane).
- S-Configuration: For high-butane mixtures (e.g., 20% Propane, 80% Butane).
Electrical Specifications
