Product Overview
This is Hamai’s standard stainless steel ball valve with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. It adopts an integrated forged body with high durability, low leakage risk, and is equipped with an easy-to-operate lever handle, making it an ideal choice for piping in narrow spaces and miniaturized equipment.
Core structural advantages: Key components are made of stainless steel via extrusion (partial extrusion process). Compared with cast products, the cracking risk of threaded parts during pipe installation is greatly reduced. The hexagonal body features outstanding workability, and its compact design perfectly adapts to space-limited scenarios.
Model Description
This series includes two models: BSS-01 and BSS-820, with a nominal diameter range of 08A~50A:
- BSS-01: 08A~25A
- BSS-820: 32A~50A
Product Features
- Excellent material performance: The body is made of SUS316 stainless steel, with industry-leading corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
- Convenient operation: Equipped with a lever handle, only 90° rotation is required to open/close the valve, and the handle position clearly shows the opening/closing status.
- Reliable structure and sealing: The integrated seamless extruded body greatly reduces the risk of external leakage. It adopts a floating ball valve structure, PTFE seats with excellent air tightness support the ball along the flow direction, and the pressure difference presses the ball against the secondary sealing surface when fully closed to achieve stable airtight cut-off.
- Durable sealing: All airtight sealing components are made of PTFE, with outstanding corrosion resistance and durability. The valve stem is assembled integrally from the inside of the valve body to avoid leakage. The combination of internal pressure air tightness effect and conical disc spring force further improves sealing performance.
- Customizable version available: The oil-free version of Hamai standard grade is available (model: BSS-43/833).
